The owner and its agent shall not be liable for any loss or damages howsoever caused. Whether due to negligence or otherwise, to any vehicle, to the fitting or contents of the vehicle moving in and out of, or whilst parked in this car park. Every vehicle whilst parked in this car park will be entirely at the owner's or driver's risk.
